What we did
We started with space planning to relocate the kitchen and redesign the master bathroom, along with the furniture layout. Once the kitchen layout was nailed down, we got into the full home design: flooring selections, interior doors and hardware, kitchen, bar, and laundry design, lighting layout, TV wall design, master bathroom, and half bath.
And then, the sequel
This home has a twin across the street. When the house in front of their parents’ came up for sale, the family took it, because who doesn’t want grandparents right across the street? Same layout, different choices, so each home has its own distinction. See Hammocks Residence II.
