The brief
This home sits right across the street from our first Hammocks Residence, and when the house in front of their parents’ came up for sale, the family took it, because who doesn’t want grandparents right across the street? We were excited to embark on the renovation journey with them all.
What we did
The layout was the same as its twin, but different choices gave each home its own distinction. Here, a deep blue kitchen with floating oak shelves and black pendants. The package included flooring selections, interior doors and hardware, kitchen, bar, and laundry design, lighting layout, TV wall design, master bathroom, and half bath.
