The problem
This family was growing and needed more space. The garage was spacious and not really being used for cars, so they wanted to bring it into the house.
What we did
We space-planned to fit a laundry room, cabana bath, and family room, engaged the architect, and fully coordinated the permit set. Once construction began, we oversaw it to ensure every design detail was complete, down to the sage cabinetry and patterned tile that make even the laundry room a room you want to be in.
